Jennerate Designs – Terms and Conditions

Jennerate Designs (“we,” “our,” “us”) provides custom apparel, vinyl, embroidery, sublimation, and engraving services.
By placing an order, the client (“you,” “your”) agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

All orders must be confirmed in writing (email, signed form, or approved invoice).
Artwork, designs, and proofs must be approved by the client before production begins.
Once approved, changes cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional costs.

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
A deposit (commonly 50%) is required before production; balance due upon completion or prior to delivery.
Payments are accepted via cash, card, or approved electronic transfer.
Late payments may result in order delays or additional fees.

Standard turnaround is typically 7–14 business days after artwork approval and deposit.
Rush orders may be available at an additional fee.
Delays caused by suppliers, shipping, or circumstances beyond our control are not our responsibility.

Clients may supply their own garments/materials, but Jennerate Designs is not responsible for damage, defects, or suitability.
When we supply garments, availability may vary; substitutions of similar quality may occur if necessary.

Due to the nature of custom production (embroidery, vinyl, sublimation, engraving), slight variations in color, placement, or finish may occur.
These variations are not considered defects.

Custom products are non-returnable and non-refundable once approved and produced.
Refunds or reprints are only offered in cases of proven production error by Jennerate Designs.
Client-provided errors (misspellings, incorrect sizes, etc.) are the client’s responsibility.

Client represents that they have the rights to use any logos, designs, or artwork submitted.
Jennerate Designs is not liable for copyright or trademark infringement arising from client-provided materials.
We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, marketing, or social media unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Jennerate Designs is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to custom products.
Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, supply chain disruptions, etc.).

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of California, United States.
Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of California.
